Pretty delicious. We couldn’t find soba noodles from the recipe (in Women’s Health, notice a trend?) so we used rice noodles. I would also like to note how yummy Almond milk is.

The recipe was pretty simple and used spinach, onion, red pepper among other ingredients. simple, yummy and pretty healthy. No worries. I’m not about to become a food blogger. Those people are hard-core. 🙂
